Website Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7th June 2026

1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and any related website operated by Architectural Partner Network Limited.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting an introduction or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before providing your details.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry.

2. About Architectural Partner Network
Architectural Partner Network Limited operates the Architectural Partner Network, also referred to as APN.

Company name: Architectural Partner Network Limited
Company number: 17206353
Registered office: Reach House, Hill Road, Bromley, BR2 0HT
Registered in: England and Wales
Email: mail [@] architecturalpartners.co.uk

APN provides homeowners and property owners with practical project information and, where appropriate, introductions to independent professionals, consultants, contractors, tradespeople and service providers.

3. Our role
APN is an introduction and project-support platform.

We may introduce you to one or more independent service providers who may be able to assist with your project. These may include architectural designers, building contractors, structural engineers, building-control professionals, party-wall surveyors, project managers, specialist installers and other property-related service providers.

APN does not employ these service providers and does not act as their agent, business partner or representative.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, APN is not a party to any quotation, appointment, instruction, contract or agreement entered into between you and a service provider.

4. Independent service providers
Any service provider introduced through APN is responsible for their own advice, quotations, appointments, services, workmanship, insurance, qualifications, registrations, licences, availability and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

APN may carry out proportionate checks before accepting a provider into the network. However, inclusion within APN does not amount to a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of the provider’s work on a particular project.

You should carry out your own checks before appointing any provider. Depending on the nature of the work, these checks may include reviewing quotations, references, insurance documents, professional qualifications, trade registrations, examples of previous work and the proposed contractual terms.

5. APN Associate Partners
In some circumstances, APN may introduce you to an independent APN Associate Partner.

Associate Partners may include established contractors, specialist businesses, service providers, affiliate partners, lead-distribution partners or other commercial organisations that may be able to assist with your enquiry.

An APN Associate Partner is not necessarily an APN Verified Member, referral partner or priority partner. Associate Partners should not be treated as having received the APN Verified badge or the same level of APN onboarding checks.

APN may use Associate Partners where:

-
a suitable APN Verified Member or referral partner is not currently available;
-
your project falls outside the services or geographical areas covered by the available APN providers;
-
an Associate Partner may offer a relevant service, product or quotation opportunity; or
-
you have asked us to help identify additional options.

Where appropriate, APN may receive a referral fee, commission or other commercial benefit if you are introduced to an Associate Partner or proceed with a service following an introduction.

Before your personal contact details are shared with an Associate Partner, we will make this clear through the relevant enquiry form, follow-up communication or other appropriate notice.

Any Associate Partner is an independent third party. APN does not employ the Associate Partner, does not act as its agent and is not a party to any quotation, appointment, instruction, contract or agreement entered into between you and the Associate Partner.

You are under no obligation to appoint, purchase from or otherwise proceed with any Associate Partner introduced through APN.

6. No guarantee of savings or project outcomes
APN aims to make it easier for homeowners to obtain relevant quotations and identify suitable professionals and service providers.

You are under no obligation to appoint, purchase from or otherwise proceed with any APN member, independent service provider or Associate Partner introduced through APN.

However, we do not guarantee:

-
that you will receive a particular number of quotations;
-
that any quotation will be cheaper than quotations obtained elsewhere;
-
that a service provider will accept your project;
-
that planning permission, Building Regulations approval or any other consent will be obtained;
-
that a project will proceed within a particular budget or timescale; or
-
that a provider’s work will meet your expectations.

Property projects can be affected by many factors outside APN’s control, including site conditions, local-authority requirements, design changes, material costs, contractor availability and decisions made by third parties.

7. Quotations and appointments
Any quotation provided by an independent service provider should be reviewed carefully before you proceed.

You should ensure that the scope of work, fees, payment stages, timescales, exclusions and responsibilities are clearly recorded in writing.

Any payments due to an independent service provider should be made directly to that provider unless APN confirms a different arrangement in writing.

APN is not responsible for resolving contractual disputes, payment disputes or disagreements between a homeowner and an independent service provider, although we may consider feedback when reviewing whether a provider should remain within the network.

8. Information submitted by you
When submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

This may include your name, contact details, project address, property type, project description, expected budget, timescale and the services you require.

You should not submit information about another person unless you have their permission to do so.

9. Sharing your enquiry details
Where you ask APN to introduce you to relevant service providers, you authorise us to share the information reasonably required for those providers to review your enquiry and contact you.

We will only share your details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the choices you make when completing the relevant form.

Where practical, APN aims to limit the number of providers receiving an introduction so that homeowners are not overwhelmed with calls or emails.

10. Calls, emails and follow-up contact
Where you request an introduction, the relevant service providers may contact you by telephone, email or other appropriate means to discuss your project.

You may ask a provider to stop contacting you at any time.

You may also contact APN if you no longer wish to receive introductions relating to your enquiry.

The presence of a link does not mean that APN controls or accepts responsibility for the third-party website, product or service.

You should review the third party’s own terms, privacy information and product details before proceeding.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website without notice.

17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, APN is not responsible for losses arising from:

-
your reliance on general website content;
-
the actions, omissions, advice, products, services or workmanship of any APN member, independent service provider or Associate Partner;
-
any quotation, appointment or contract entered into with a third party;

-

You remain responsible for deciding whether to appoint a service provider and whether to proceed with any proposed work or expenditure.

18. Complaints and feedback
We welcome feedback about providers introduced through APN.

If you have concerns about an introduction or your experience with a provider, please contact:

Email: mail [@] architecturalpartners.co.uk
We may review the information you provide and decide whether any internal action is appropriate. However, APN is not obliged to mediate or determine a contractual dispute between you and an independent provider.
